One platform, four surfaces
PaySeats replaces the usual stack of disconnected tools with one system. Everything you configure lives in one account and shows up, consistently, in four places.
The dashboard
Where you run the business: create offerings, set prices and access methods, design your website, manage customers, and watch sales. If something can be configured, it is configured here — the other surfaces follow.
Your website
A public site under your own domain, built in the Studio. It sells what the dashboard defines: your schedule, your offerings, your checkout — under your brand, with no PaySeats marketplace between you and your audience.
The Terminal app
A native mobile app for the day itself: scanning tickets at the door, checking people in, and taking walk-up card payments. It works offline and syncs when the connection returns, so a field with bad reception doesn't stop the line.
Payments
Money moves through your own payment account (Stripe under the hood). Sales settle directly to you — PaySeats never holds your funds and never takes a percentage of them. Your only per-sale cost is your payment provider's standard processing rate.
How they stay in sync
The dashboard is the single source of truth. Change a price, cancel a date, or rename an offering once — your website, checkout, and the door update with it. There is nothing to re-publish in three places and no export/import between tools.
