PaySeats for festivals
Many doors, many prices, one box office.
A festival is many things at once: a box office, a campground, a merch stand, a stage schedule. Each line has its own price, capacity, and door. PaySeats runs them all under your own domain — and because it's a flat subscription, selling out doesn't mean handing a percentage of every ticket to a platform.
The problems this replaces
Per-ticket fees that scale with your success
On per-ticket platforms, a sold-out festival pays the most it ever will — often thousands per edition. PaySeats charges a flat monthly subscription with no per-ticket fee, ever. The only per-sale cost is your payment provider's standard processing rate.
The audience belongs to the ticketing platform
Marketplace ticketing keeps the buyer relationship: their app, their emails, their data. On PaySeats every buyer is yours — on your domain, in your list, available for next edition's announcement without paying to reach them.
Gate chaos when the network drops
Field sites have bad connectivity at the worst moment. The Terminal app scans tickets and takes walk-up card payments offline, syncing when the connection returns — multiple gates, multiple staff phones, one live count.
What a festival runs on PaySeats
Weekend passes, day tickets, and tiered releases with separate capacities
Add-ons for camping, parking, and merch attached to any ticket
Promo codes with redemption limits and per-code analytics
Gate scanning on multiple staff phones with offline mode
Walk-up sales at the gate with a card reader or tap-to-pay
Buyer list, segments, and campaigns for the next edition
Festivals typically run on the Pro plan around their on-sale and event window. Your launch price is locked for good — it never goes up while you're subscribed.
Common questions from organizers
Is there really no per-ticket fee?
Really. PaySeats charges a flat monthly subscription regardless of how many tickets you sell. Your payment provider charges its standard processing rate per transaction — that money goes to them, not to PaySeats.
Can we scan tickets at several gates at once?
Yes. Any number of staff phones run the Terminal app simultaneously, with valid/invalid/already-used feedback in real time and offline queuing when the network drops.
Do ticket buyers stay in our database?
Yes. Every buyer, order, and check-in lives in your account under your domain — exportable any time. Announcing the next edition to this year's audience costs you nothing.
