Sub-processor List
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
To support the delivery of our Services, PaySeats Europe SL ("PaySeats") uses third-party service providers. Some act as Sub-processors when PaySeats processes data on behalf of our clients, while others act as processors or independent providers for PaySeats as controller. This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each listed provider.
What is a Sub-processor?
A Sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by PaySeats who may have access to or process service data (which may contain Personal Data) on behalf of our clients. Not every provider listed on this page acts in that role for every workflow.
Due Diligence
PaySeats undertakes a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed Sub-processors. We enter into a data processing agreement with each Sub-processor that requires them to protect data with standards at least as stringent as our own.
