Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: March 15, 2026
At PaySeats, we are committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to everyone. Accessibility is an ongoing journey, and we are actively working to improve the experience for all users.
Scope
This statement applies to first-party PaySeats experiences that we operate directly, including:
- the public PaySeats website, legal pages, help content, and product-help experiences such as PaySeats Pulse;
- customer-facing pages, booking or ticketing flows, and attendee checkout experiences rendered by PaySeats on PaySeats domains or connected custom domains;
- organizer and admin interfaces used to manage events, classes, bookings, memberships, domains, billing, support, and related workspace operations;
- the native PaySeats Terminal app used for supported onsite check-in, box-office, and in-person payment workflows.
This statement does not apply to third-party products or services that we do not operate directly, even if they are linked from or used alongside the Service. Examples may include payment-provider hosted pages, registrar dashboards, external email inboxes, or reader-hardware interfaces controlled by a payment or device partner.
Feedback and Support
We recognize that some areas of the Service may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter a barrier or have difficulty using our website, organizer tools, attendee flows, or PaySeats Terminal, please let us know.
You can contact us through our Support Ticket System: https://payseats.com/support.
Response Times and Resolution
We prioritize accessibility issues and review them within a reasonable timeframe. If a full fix cannot be delivered immediately, we will try to provide a workaround or alternative access where possible.
Continuous Improvement
We review feedback, audit key user journeys across our web, organizer, attendee, and terminal surfaces, and update our components to improve keyboard navigation, focus management, color contrast, and compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies where applicable.
