PaySeats is built by PaySeats Europe S.L., an independent company incorporated in Spain and operating worldwide. No marketplace to feed, no commission model to protect — the economics stay aligned with the people who use it.
It was founded by Randy Durán, an engineer who previously led API infrastructure for a global fashion group serving more than 15,000 retailers. PaySeats applies that same infrastructure discipline to the businesses that bring people together.
